Jeff has been involved in various aspects of the Real Estate field for more than 25 years. As a former Builder/Developer, Mortgage Broker, Sales Manager, and current Real Estate Broker, he has always been prepared to share advice from his vast experience with his clients to achieve the most favorable outcome.
Working closely with his staff to achieve the goals of his clients, whether they are buying or selling, a new home or an existing home, careful timing and planning are used to ensure the success of every complicated or simple transaction.

Debbie Harris

Broker

Debbie comes from a long line of Developers, Builders and Realtors.  She holds her Broker’s license and has been practicing Real Estate for 20 years, while specializing in New Construction, working with both production and custom builders, helping her clients in creating their perfect dream home, she has also proven herself to be an extremely creative marketing Realtor with listings selling very quickly. Debbie’s clients have raved over her intense desire to protect and always have their best interest at heart.  Known for her keen ability to intently listen to exactly what her clients, both buyers and sellers have to say, and to go out there and find it, or sell it for them!  She prefers being a part of a boutique brokerage so that she is able to give her clients her undivided attention and ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish.

Martin Kratish

Associate

Born and raised in Miami, Marty is a true native Floridian that recently relocated to Central Florida.  Prior to becoming a realtor, Marty graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and owned his own restaurant for several years.  With his background in hospitality, Marty recognizes the importance of customer service and strives to create a buying and/or selling process that is stress free and fun!  

From relocating to new builds, Marty will take the time to understand your needs and lifestyle and work with you to find the perfect home for you and your family.  When he is not helping you buy or sell your home, he can be found cooking in the kitchen, fishing, playing Pickleball, or spending time with his family.
